The Franklin Report is a guide to rating the best home service providers for your home improvement, remodeling, renovations and decorating needs in New York City, Chicago, Los Angeles and Westchester & Fairfield counties, and soon expanding to other major metropolitan areas.

1. General

This agreement sets forth the terms and conditions ("Terms") that apply to the use of the Site by each end user. By using the Site as a Visitor or User, including all of its content, you agree to all the Terms. ("Content" is any information found on this Site including, but not limited to, ratings, comments, articles, other text, photographs, images, artwork, video, logos, trademarks and service marks.) If you do not agree to the terms, you are not authorized to use the Site.

Visitors: A visitor is defined as anyone who visits the site. A visitor is free to browse the site and search for Service Providers, read writeups, etc. A visitor cannot submit a report on a new or existing Provider without becoming a User.

User: A User is someone who submits a report on a Service Provider. A Visitor becomes a User by filling out a Reference Report, in the process providing FR with his/her email address.

2. Change to Terms

The Franklin Report reserves the right to, at any time, change or modify the Terms applicable to your use of the Site, or to impose new conditions, including, but not limited to, adding fees and charges for use. These changes, modifications, additions or deletions will be effective immediately upon notification, while notice may be given by means including, but not limited to, posting on the Site, by electronic or conventional mail or by any other means by which you obtain notice thereof. It is your responsibility, which you agree to accept, to regularly monitor any such changes. Your use of the Site after such notice shall be deemed to constitute acceptance by you of such changes, modifications or additions.
