Company Philosophy
Studio Blu Inc. is a Venice-based boutique design firm that caters to a very high-end clientele with very different needs. We pride ourselves on the diversity of our projects, as well as capturing our client's personality within his-her home. Our Interior design team is not only educated in the field of architecture but understands that this is a service-based business and we stop at nothing to give our clients 5-star attention. Striving for a cohesive environment, Studio Blu works closely with the architect, homeowner and general contractor. Our meticulous attention to detail and hands-on management skills ensure superior craftsmanship. Adrienne Mascaro was raised and educated in Chicago. She graduated with a Bachelor's of Fine Arts from the International Academy of Design, a FIDER accredited design located in Chicago's Loop. Her major was interior architecture and her minor and first love was theater. After graduation, Adrienne worked as a photo stylist and set designer for Silver Lining Graphics, a large, well-known catalog house in Chicago. She also independently assisted the art department for several commercials and independent films. She became more drawn to designing for the character in mind, and in 1996 she moved to Los Angeles to pursue a career in set decoration for film and television. After successfully working in the art-department for Warner Bros., Universal Studios and Sony Pictures, Adrienne returned to her educational roots of interior design. In 1999 she started Studio Blu Inc., a Venice-based boutique interior design firm specializing in high-end custom homes and remodels. Adrienne is 1- of 12 interior designers represented and highly referred by the PDC as a top Los Angeles Interior designer. "My passion is to create a mood within an atmosphere which is a true reflection of who my client is. When you walk into a home that I've designed, you know its character and you know it is a faithful consideration of my client's lifestyle and their wishes”.
