Company Philosophy
When Louis Bourassa moved his business from Boston to Los Angeles in 1994, he knew he had to start over, so he decided to gradually build his business by initially taking on smaller projects and paying close attention to detail. That deliberate process led him to remodeling projects measuring up against the top competitors on the west coast. For the past ten years, Louis and his professional crews have consistently provided the highest quality service from design, estimating, product selection, construction management, and contract administration. Every phase of the business, from lead tracking, to job costing, is automated and tightly controlled. “We watch all the details all the time,” says Louis. The majority of work comes from referrals and repeat business.
 
Areas of Expertise / Recent Projects
Over the past year Louis Bourassa and Co. completed several projects, which include large estates in Bel Air and Malibu, a large addition in Beverlywood, and a house remodel in Benedict Canyon.
