Since the restoration and renovation of Gracie Mansion in 2002, Drake Design Associates has continued glamorizing homes and apartments in New York, Los Angeles, Atlanta, London and Durat. Primarily a residential design firm, DDA has expanded to complete several contract interiors such as the executive dining halls of Sub-Zero, a grand ballroom at Manhattanís Prince George hotel, the East Hampton hot spot, Almonditto and the refurbishment of several areas of City Hall in New York City.
In 2003, Jamie Drake was inducted into Interior Design's Hall of Fame and was chosen International Interior Designer of the Year by Andrew Martin. Continuing to rank in "best" and top designer lists, Jamie was hired as creative director for the international fabric show, Heimtextil in 2006.
Transforming into a marketable brand, Jamie designed his first collection of furniture available at Lewis Mittman and authored his premiere monograph, Jamie Drake's New American Glamour from Bulfinch Press, 2005 available online and thru national book sellers.
