Company Philosophy
Anne Harris is a muralist and color consultant who marries design and a traditional painter’s aesthetic. Her practice draws from a multitude of styles spanning not only the globe but the history of art, ranging from Pompeii to Picasso. Anne’s honed understanding of style and color, as well as her fluency in a wide range of historical styles and techniques, produces work with long-lasting significance and creative integrity that stands the test of time. To see her work is to be transported, whether to the past or to the yet-to-be explored.
 
Areas of Expertise / Recent Projects
Anne Harris has had 30 years of professional experience, ranging from large-scale mural work to art and color consultation for the design industry and private clientele. She has done murals for St. Bernard’s and Nightingale Schools, Kip’s Bay, and South Hampton Show Houses. She was the recipient of the Arthur Ross Award, and her projects have been featured in House and Garden, Architectural Digest, Elle Décor, and The New York Times. A recent project finds a modern take on the 17th C. Dutch tradition, a over-scaled still-life inspired by the client’s heritage encircling the dining room of their 15 Central Park West apartment. Her works can be found throughout the U.S. and Europe.
