Company Philosophy
DUMAIS Inc. is a full-service design studio that manages all phases of interior design from concept through completion. Our team is comprised of accomplished design professionals who bring extensive knowledge, resources and expertise to each project. After reaching a thorough understanding of the client’s needs and site-specific criteria we collaborate and guide our clients through the design process. The goal of our studio is to turn design challenges into interiors you want to call home. Kevin is committed to providing distinctive yet comfortable spaces that address each client’s individual needs. Priding himself on his relationships with local tradesmen, craftsmen and artists, Kevin curates’ spaces that feel distinct, collected and complete. His aesthetic combines the classic lines of mid-century modern design with a fresh sensibility and subtle color palettes. Our interiors are layered with warm textures and refined materials creating atmospheres of casual, effortless luxury. Designing interiors for over fifteen years, Kevin believes that the success of any project is reliant on building close relationships with his clients.
 
Areas of Expertise / Recent Projects
Kevin was recently named a Rising Star of 2015 by the New York Chapter of International Furnishings and Design Association. The studio has been featured in shelter publications such as Interiors, New York Spaces, Luxe Interiors & Design, and New York Magazine Home Design. While the studio specializes in high-end residential with projects throughout New York, Connecticut and Florida, we have recently been commissioned to collaborate on the redesign of an amenities floor for a luxury residential development and a full renovation of a classic pre-war space for a private hedge fund office.
