Leone Construction are lauded by many repeat clients for their “innovative efficiency” that allows them to fix problems and stay on schedule. Many of their projects have been featured in Architectural Digest, and they are often called into duty by the most prominent architects and designers, including Aamir Khandwala. They are especially appreciated for their excellent work in architectural millwork, custom metalwork, unique furniture designs and specialty paint finishes. For example, in a Park Avenue penthouse, they worked with the designer to create a baroque Spanish lighting fixture which created awe. Michael & Nicholas Leone, principals, are further noted for their strong attention to detail and outstanding follow-up, even years later.
Leone have been in the construction business for over 20 years. After working with their family construction company for 15 years, they founded their own firm in 2017. There are 6 project managers, all of whom worked with the Leones for over 5 years, and 8 additional trade workers on staff to execute promptly and effectively. Most of the work is done in Manhattan, with work also done in Dutchess and Westchester counties. Budgets can range upwards of $2 million, but they are also willing to a take on certain projects falling below $100K. Clients tell us that they take communication very seriously and detail each special request with all costs to be sure they say on expected budget. Additionally, clients report that upon bidding out the work to several contractors, Leone comes in a comparable rate, especially for the high-end result.
